I’ve been a NICU nurse since I was 21. I’ve cared for thousands of babies across the country as a travel nurse. And the one thing I see time and time again? Parents feeling terrified to take their baby home.

That’s why I created The Baby Lounge—to teach what the hospital didn’t. Because every family deserves a clear, calm, and clinical approach to newborn care.
My Misson
My mission is to close the confidence gap in newborn care by empowering parents and caregivers with practical, medically-informed tools. I want every new family to walk out of the hospital not just with their baby—but with knowledge, clarity, and a real sense of peace.
Whether I’m teaching a parent how to soothe their crying newborn or helping a health organization train their staff on safe sleep practices, I approach this work with heart, humor, and the belief that education changes everything.

I created The Baby Lounge to be more than a course—it's a movement. A movement to help families trust their instincts, ask better questions, and walk into parenthood with the confidence that comes from real, nurse-led guidance. My hope is that every mom, dad, or caregiver who lands here feels held, equipped, and seen. Because no one should have to guess their way through those early days.
