I’m Zeina—a NICU nurse, newborn educator and parent advocate. I created The Baby Lounge to help families move from information overload to calm, practical confidence before their baby arrives and after they come home.
Why The Baby Lounge Exists
Parents deserve more than a pile of information.
For more than two decades, I have cared for babies during some of the most vulnerable and meaningful moments of a family’s life. I have also seen how quickly new parents can become overwhelmed by conflicting advice, fear-based content and the pressure to somehow know everything before their baby arrives.
The Baby Lounge was built to change that. My role is not to make you memorize every possibility. It is to help you understand what matters, prepare for what is learnable and know which questions to bring to your own medical team.
You do not need to know everything. You need the right support, at the right time.

My approach is warm, direct and realistic. I will never pretend that every answer fits every family. I will help you prepare thoughtfully, involve your support person and build a foundation you can return to when real newborn life begins.
